This includes 10 shopping malls located in New York, New Jersey, Virginia and Puerto Rico and over 100 shopping centers, which are generally located on major highways in mature, densely populated areas, and therefore attract consumers from both the regional and neighborhood market. The Manhattan Retail portfolio consists of prime retail locations in the Downtown, Grand Central, Midtown, Penn Plaza, Soho, United Nations, East Side and West Side Districts. Currently, development projects include Bergen Town Center in New Jersey, Rego Park Center in New York, Springfield Town Center in Virginia, and One Franklin in Boston.
